Dear Parents,
Below are links to registration forms to enroll in our religious education program in the fall.
Please download and fill out the appropriate form and return it to me at the parish office no later than July 20th. You may mail it to me at the address above, bring it to the office during office hours (M-W-F, 9:00-2:00 and T-TH, 1:00-5:00), or drop it in an offertory basket at any Mass (please put in envelope and mark “Attn. Kim”).
If you are enrolling your child in one of our sacramental prep programs (Reconciliation & First Communion OR Confirmation), a copy of their baptismal record is required. Simply call the parish office of the church where the baptism occurred and ask them to mail a copy to St. Teresa Benedicta parish office. Please do not hold-up turning in the enrollment form; instead, simply make the phone call and I will keep track of it when it is received at our office.
We look forward to being a part of this most important time in your child’s faith formation. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you might have. And please keep an eye on the bulletin for a Parent Meeting for the sacramental programs – these will happen sometime mid-August.
